Corwin Honda in Fargo, ND is looking for an Aftermarket sales and product specialist.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Experienced in sales and customer service.
• Must be able to multitask at a fast pace with attention to detail.
• General knowledge of automotive aftermarket accessories a plus!
• Must have a positive attitude, be able to work well with others, and the ability to navigate the internet for parts look-up.
• A proven consistent sales track record is mandatory.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A background in selling and/or installing automotive aftermarket products. Understanding of OEM products.
• Customer service focus - customers experience in the Aftermarket department contributes to our overall survey score by our customers.
• Process driven - meeting with an Aftermarket Sales Consultant is a required step in our sales process with every customer purchasing a new or used vehicle.
• Exceptional communication skills working with sales team, management and customers.
• Understands the importance of meeting department goals for volume and dollars. Able to report at weekly management meeting the departments numbers. Desire, to not only meet, but exceed goals. Achieve Year over Year department increases in both metrics for volume and dollars for department.
• Success in working independently to achieve departments goals.
• Correct and accurate paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
